POLICY

Customer Satisfaction:

At Mildura Cleaning, we are committed to providing exceptional cleaning services to our valued customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of your space or feel that something may have been overlooked, please notify us immediately. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we will make every effort to address and resolve any concerns.

Reporting Issues:

  • Issues must be reported within 12 hours of the cleaner leaving.

  • Contact us at 0478688913 to inform us of any concerns.

  • We appreciate your feedback and will work diligently to rectify the situation promptly.
     

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

In order to maintain a smooth scheduling process and provide reliable service, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Cancellation:

  • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Contact us at accounts@milduracleaning.com to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment.

Cancellation Fee:

  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

  • We understand that emergencies may arise, and we will strive to accommodate your needs whenever possible.
     

Rescheduling:

No rescheduling fee will be charged if the request is made at least 48 hours before the original booking time.
 

Refund Policy:

Please note that Mildura Cleaning does not offer refunds on completed services. Once the cleaning service has been provided, it is considered a completed transaction. We are dedicated to addressing any concerns you may have with the service provided and encourage you to report any issues within the specified timeframe.
 

Booking Deposit:

To secure your desired date for an End Of Lease clean, a deposit of $200 is necessary.

Once we receive this deposit, your bond clean date is confirmed, with the deposit deducted from your final balance. The remaining balance is due at the start of your clean, payable by cash, card (standard fee's applies), or OSKO instant bank transfer. You'll receive a detailed receipt upon clearance of funds into our account or upon cash/card payment.

Please note that bond clean quotes are estimates based on average soiling. The deposit is refundable if canceled with 7 days' notice or transferable to another date with 3 days' notice, subject to availability.

The deposit secures your job as per the quote. If more than 50% of the clean is performed by you after booking, it may be considered a late cancellation, with a minimum bond clean fee still applicable.

For non-bond cleaning bookings quoted at $300 or more, a $100 deposit is required, with cancellation and transfer terms as above.

IMPORTANT: To ensure a successful bond clean, maintain power connection for at least 24 hours AFTER your appointment. Disconnection upon our arrival may risk deposit return. Keep power on until at least one day after completion of bond and/or carpet clean.

Estimates:

We are happy to provide you with an estimate for your service! Please note that the estimated price may be subject to change with advanced notice to you based on job requirements.

  • For once off services: This estimate is valid for 24 hours from time of issue, and your selected time/date will only be held until this time. Full payment of once of services are due on completion of works.

  • For Commercial services: Your quote is valid for 7 days from time of issue.

Photography of unocupied properties:

  • Purpose of Use: The primary intention behind capturing photographs and videos of unoccupied properties by Mildura Cleaning ("We" or "Us") is for educational purposes, to exhibit cleaning outcomes, and as evidence of cleaning or damage.

  • No Identifying Features: We assure not to reveal any distinctive attributes of the property, such as its address or frontal appearance. Our main focus lies on showcasing the cleaning outcomes and any relevant areas related to our services.

  • Social Media Sharing: By default, we may share the captured photographs or videos of unoccupied properties on social media platforms or other marketing channels.

  • Opt-Out Possibility: If you, as our client, prefer that photographs or videos of your property not be shared on any of our social media platforms or other channels, it is your responsibility to notify us:
    a) Before commencement of the job.
    b) In writing via email at accounts@milduracleaning.com.
    c) Or through direct messaging via our official Facebook messenger.

  • Consent: Failure to provide prior written notice opposing the use of photographs or videos of your unoccupied property implies your consent for us to utilize them for the aforementioned purposes.

  • Liability: Mildura Cleaning shall not be held liable for any claims, expenses, or damages arising from the utilization of the photographs or videos, provided they conform to these terms and conditions.
